I'm pretty keen on IT auditing. What can I do after I complete my CISA? I'd like to get into management level and grow in a company.

To get into management, that takes a while but it depends on the organization you are going to work for. It is better to get a masters qualifications in Science, Accounting, Communcations, or an MBA. Also, if you have professional experience in auditing, that would help.
