How to to set varaibles in a word text?

How to to set varaibles in a word text, in order to be abel to define the the `@name` only once not on every page? I want to know if it possible to do this in word and how. So I have many pages where, there is ,for instace, a field name. I want to be able to set name only once not in every place where name should be filled

you can use variables in ms word. You just copy your program and paste in to notepad after that you can copy and paste in to word. it will work.
