git command line on windows7

Hi I answer by myself to 'my above question'.Because i've made some progress. In my Git version (wich is the laterst one) a part of the above problem is solve. We don't need to enter parametres (the"-" or "--" comand line).In fact after 'git commit' for exemple we are into the editor and it asks us if we want to add some comments ! So that all ! :)
