I am having trouble with a user logging in to Outlook 2003. At the bottom right hand side of the screen it says Offline and when I click on it and uncheck Work Offline it brings up a connect to server window. She enters her username and password, clicks OK and all it does is bring the connect to server window right back. In testing I got it to connect and sync about half way but then it popped up the same window as before. Her account works perfectly fine in OWA but it just does not want to work in Outlook. I've also tried removing and recreating her profile and still the same results. Any ideas where to go from here? Because at this point I am at a total loss.

In my opinion, the easiest way to fix it would be to restore the operating system to an earlier date when outlook was working fine. Good luck. Tech from computer repair & data recovery Toronto
