As a Java beginner???

Hi... Nice to see U all....

Now am working as a Junior Developer.... I have to work with EJB domain.

Suggest me... I want to learn JSP, Servlets & struts..... Give me some suggestions to become a good developer.... How i can prepare for that......

You have to be through with the Core Java for every thing that You have to do when you start as a Junior. Concentrate on Collections, threading, exceptions, POJO creation instansiation, inheritance. Then you start with JSP and Servlets. This can be a good start. Then you can clearly understand if you try for EJB as the EJB3 spec is based on POJOs and Annotations.
