I am using Lotus Notes 8 on my system. I do an archive of my data at the end of every day. Unfortunately I created a folder name which already existed, the archiving process has moved the new data & I have lost all the old data on the folder because of this, can somebody let me know, if there is any way of getting back the data which was available on the replaced folder.

The only way to get through this is by restoring the email backup, if you have taken periodically on your system. It is also good for you to check the policy you have created in Lotus for this Archiving.
