We are planning to move to cloud computing, I would like to know if there is any criteria to move to cloud computing. I would like to know how critical data is handled in cloud computing. Is there any hiccup in moving to cloud computing if we have data critical issues?

Presently there is a lack of standards & regulations in cloud computing, so the vendors are planning on standards for cloud computing. Whether you want to use cloud computing or not is entirely a business decision at your place. Again it is your decision to put what type of data into cloud computing
