Presently we have two storage network which is not supported & not being used for production. But still we are using these two storage networks for testing purpose. The issue is one system is fully populated with 72GB data & the other one is only half the disk capacity, Is it ok to move the populated disk to the other one which is empty.

There must be no issues because this is done for testing purpose. You can plug both the drives & configure them. But take a backup of the configuration presently used before making any changes on the storage network.
