Archiving in outlook 2003, will stores files in an incorrect network drive.

Our archive files in outlook 2003 are always saved on an improper network location in spite of remapping this file to the correct location. Can anybody give some idea to stop this?

It is always recommended not to map archive files across the network. This may lead to data corruption & also other problems.May be you are facing something relevant. Sometimes outlook may crash while searching for the network drives & not found. The best practice would be to archive locally on your computer
