I have been having quite a few complaints about delays when accessing the network. Are there any general areas that I could look at? What steps do you recommend for reducing network latency?

There are several areas that you can take a look at: First, is the latency that is being experienced network wide, or is it in a localized area? Once you have these general questions answered you can evaluate if the equipment that you have installed is sufficient for your network needs.
